Privacy Policy
Aqua D Pure Application

This Privacy Policy explains how Aqua D Pure ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aqua D Pure mobile application (the "App") available on Android and iOS. The App helps Aqua D Pure technicians and customers manage water purifier installation and service jobs.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects only the minimum information needed to operate:

  • Mobile Number — entered by you at login for OTP verification.

  • One-Time Password (OTP) — entered by you to verify your mobile number.

  • Session Token — stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.

  • Push Notification Token — generated by the device and used to deliver order and service updates.

Customer details such as name, address, email, order details, and service records are entered by Aqua D Pure staff into our backend and are only displayed in the App. The App does not collect these details from your device.
The App does not collect payment information, location, photos, contacts, SMS, call logs, or any device advertising identifiers.
2. App Permissions
The App requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:

  • Internet & Network State — to communicate with our servers.

  • Notifications — to display order and service updates.

  • Vibrate — to alert you when a notification arrives.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To verify your identity through OTP login.

  • To show technicians their assigned service jobs.

  • To show customers their order status and history.

  • To send notifications about order updates, technician assignments, and service progress.

  • To maintain service records and improve App performance.

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the App:

  • WhatsApp / Meta: Your mobile number and OTP are sent through our messaging partner solely to deliver the OTP.

  • Google Firebase: Push notification tokens are processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or a lawful government request.
5. Data Security
All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Your session token is stored locally in encrypted storage on your device. OTPs expire within 5 minutes and become invalid after use. While we implement reasonable security measures, no electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. OTPs are auto-deleted after 5 minutes. Session tokens expire within 24 hours. Service and order records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required by law.
7. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Aqua D Pure account and associated data at any time by emailing support@aquadpure.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request – Aqua D Pure". Please include your registered mobile number so we can verify and process your request.
Upon verification, we will delete your mobile number, authentication records, session tokens, and push notification tokens. Service and order records may be retained where required for warranty, tax, or legal compliance.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
